Michaels custom framing department did a wonderful job on two pieces of artwork I brought in. The quality was better than I expected, and the price was reasonable. I had gone to another framing shop in the area and they wanted a ridiculous amount of money to frame my artwork. Michaels did it for one third the price! It took maybe 7-10 days to be completed. I am very happy and would use them again for custom framing in the future. Highly recommend! 👍

This review is regarding the frame department: Michelle was wonderful. She was kind, patient, and skilled. She has a great eye for framing and helped me pick out a new frame with such care and patience. I truly appreciated her help. I felt confident leaving a delicate piece of work with her.

I ask for assistance from on of the employee that was pulling down a display.. her and myself with my son spend about 25 / 30nminutes looking for the artificial lilies that were online that were on sale for $2.00... I picked out all that once that i wanted to get.. I get to the register. And the guy tells me that they're $4.99 each. After spending that much time (25/30 minutes) looking for these Lilly with that employee to be told that there not the sale one at the register was VERY DISORGANIZE AND DISTURBING. The guy had even called the woman up to the register and she says that they said $2.00 when she looked them up but when they was getting ring up $4.99. I WAS PISSED AND JUST LEFT WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN

I went in today, December 31, 2025 to shop for holiday clearence. The store was in transition into Spring; which was expected. There were a few nice holiday items still remaining, and I was eager to purchase them at 60% off. I had a few things in my hands, and though nothing and I mean nothing was tag priced, I proceeded to go to the register to check out. I stood in line and it was strongly suggested that I go to the self-checkout. Even though there were four women behind the counter. I did, and realized that the register was in error from a previous attempted transaction. So I returned to the line and was again strongly encouraged to go to the self-checkout. I alerted the staff of the computer error and it was immediately addressed. I proceeded to ring up my items and the computer errored on me, suggesting that a service member was needed to proceed. I then went to a second register to self-checkout and encountered the same issue. The staff was casually chatting among themselves and ignored the second error on the second register. The customer service was sub-par. Additionally, being that nothing was priced, I had no idea as to what anything was going to cost.The shelf tags we
